Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within **1 to 6 hours of purchase**, provided that:
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product is in the same condition in which it was purchased.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance purposes, we do **not** accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened perfume bottles.
- Used products.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Once a fragrance has been opened, used, or tampered with, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
